UX/CRO Research
Do you have any issues with the usability or conversion rate of your digital product, or just want to improve the user experience that you have?
I conduct usability testing to find the exact reasons for the issues and get the insights to improve your users' experience from real user feedback.
What does UX researchING MEAN?
The main purpose of UX research is to get insights from real users to understand the reasons for usability problems and also to find new ways to improve the product.
For this purpose, I create a test scenario and conduct moderated or unmoderated user testing by using this scenario.
For the UX researching on UI designs, I can create the prototypes that are required to conduct the testing as well.
What is the deliverable?
A typical UX research report includes issues, improvable areas and suggestions about user experience, user interface design, front-end development, conversion rate and marketing communications.
The outcomes are enriched by using real user data, quotations from them and screenshots.
How long does it take to get the report?
It depends on the page/screen amount, the complexity of your digital product and the project scope.
Conducting the usability testings and creating the report generally takes between 2 weeks and 4 weeks.
When I should get this service?
It is recommended to work on the UX phase before UI and development phases. It allows you to see the issues at the beginning, and save money and time.
But if you have a live product, we can still conduct UX research to improve it. It is a continuous process, so you can get the service anytime you want.
UX/CRO Audit
If you don't have enough budget to get usability testing service, there is still an option to fix the usability issues on your digital product.
I create UX audit reports by using heuristic evaluation methods and my expert knowledge from my previous projects.
What does UX auditing mean?
UX auditing, heuristic evaluation in other words, is a budget and time friendly method to understand your product's problems and to find its improvable areas.
I can conduct UX/UI audits for your existing products - it can be a website, an app, a UI design or even a wireframe.
What is the deliverable?

Can you help us to implement the required/suggested changes?
For websites, yes - as a separate project.
I graduated from Google Front-End Web Developer Nanodegree with a full 6-month scholarship from Google. I can implement the design and UX changes to every website from WordPress to Shopify, from HTML/CSS to React.
What about if I need help in other areas?
I collaborate with my professional freelancer fellows and some agencies in UI design, branding, graphic design, complex web and app development, SEO, and conversion rate optimization fields.
So you can contact me if you need any help in these areas as well, or if your project includes both UX and these fields.
My Process
Define
This is the onboarding stage. Here, I'll understand your needs and request to create a timeline and roadmap.
I have a questionnaire for this step, but it would be better if you already have a project brief. A call can be arranged if needed and wanted.
Create
This stage is where I create the main work - usability testing or auditing depending on the service that you get.
At the end of this phase, you will get the final report that includes issues, my suggestions for them, and the points that can be improved.
Refine
The report will include everything that you need but sometimes you may have some questions or may not understand some points of course.
This stage is here for explaining these points. The main aim is to make clear everything about the report.
Build
We started with onboarding, created the report, and lastly explained it. Now, it is time to implement the ideas into the product.
In other words, this is the step if you need help editing your UI design or live product according to the findings in the report.
